Entry Guidelines

Please review the following before attending the performance.

• Arrival: Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please arrive early.
• Pickup code: Bring the booking reference (pickup code) from your confirmation email. Present it at the entrance.
• Latecomers: To respect performers and the audience, latecomers may be seated only during a suitable break.
• Photography: Photography and video recording during the performance are not permitted.
• Mobile devices: Please silence all devices before the show begins.
• Food & drink: Outside food and drink are not allowed inside the auditorium.
• Children: All attendees, regardless of age, require a valid ticket.
