By purchasing tickets and using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Tickets & admission

• Tickets are valid only for the performance, date, and zone indicated.
• Seats are allocated automatically within the chosen zone.
• The pickup code from your confirmation is required for entry.

Payments

Payments are made via the published methods (WeChat / Alipay QR or PayPal). For QR payments, a valid proof of payment must be uploaded; bookings are confirmed after verification.

Refunds & changes

Refund and exchange eligibility follows the policy shown at the time of booking. Please contact the box office for assistance.
